During the production process, the shape is precisely controlled by the mold, resulting in a small size error (usually within ±2mm) for the finished product. Moreover, the raw materials have a low moisture content after high-temperature shaping (generally 6%-8%), which does not absorb moisture, deform, or warp. Even in humid or temperature-differential environments (such as cold chain warehouses, cross-border containers), it can maintain dimensional stability and avoid the tilting of goods due to the deformation of the tray.
